Cinemas around Altrincham

Vue

Denmark St, Altrincham WA14 2WG, UK – 0345 308 4620

Nice cinema however vue is so expensive! Over £10 for a student or an adult. Amc in Manchester is much better!

It's a good place to hang around . However, I will always suggest to turn up after 15 minutes of your scheduled movie start time. Vue cinemas keep showing their advertisement which lasts for around 25-27 mintues. So going a bit late for the movie will only save you from the frustration of seeing innumerous advertisement.

Frankie & Benny's

The Metroplex Cinema, Denmark St, Altrincham WA14 2WG, UK – 0161 927 4986

Quite nice, but you can tell that they're used to the mad rush of the cinema getting out and the quiet times - like when was there - felt like it was lacking something.

Food served within 10 minutes. Great staff, polite and friendly. Recommend it.

McDonald's

Altrincham Retail Park, George Richards Way, Altrincham WA14 5GR, UK – 0161 941 2554

Absoulty brilliant bunch of staff on. I came in with my son in a wheelchair and they were amazing. Massive high five to the lovely staff in here. Even asked of the music was too loud for him.

Quite long queues at most times of the day but get served reasonably quickly. The fries on this occasion weren't the best

Theatres for Altrincham

Altrincham Little Theatre

17 Oxford Rd, Altrincham WA14 2ED, UK – 0161 928 1113

Great little theatre. Went to see a school production of Shakespeare Rocks and really enjoyed it. As it is small, you will be close to the stage wherever you sit. Small bar and very reasonably priced too. Will go again to another show.

Oliver Bird is a Star

Altrincham Garrick Theatre

Barrington Rd, Altrincham WA14 1HZ, UK – 0161 928 1677

We went to see 'Annie' last night. It was absolutely fantastic, lovely atmosphere, cast received a standing ovation. 😌

Fabulous theatre. Amazing shows at low prices and friendly family atmosphere. Helpful staff. Nice bar and free parking.
